Reviews help other couples understand what it is like to work with a vendor and make more informed decisions when choosing their wedding suppliers.
Who can leave a review?
In most cases, you need to have been married to leave a review, as this means you have completed the service and can share your experience.
You can leave a review without having been married if you have used the complete service in one of these categories:
- Invitations.
- Wedding favours.
- Jewellery.
- Dresses and suits, including wedding dresses, groom's suits, party dresses, flower girl dresses and mother-of-the-bride outfits.
- Accessories for the bride or groom.
How to leave a review
You can leave a review in either of these ways:
- Go to the vendor's Storefront.
- Open the Reviews section.
- Select Write a review.
- Follow the instructions to submit your review.
Alternatively, you can use the review form and search for the vendor you want to review.
Your review will be reviewed and validated before it is published, so it may take some time to appear.
Why hasn't my review been published?
If your review has not been published, it may be because it does not meet our requirements for publication.
