Eligibility for the 2026 Wedding Awards
Vendors must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for the 2027 Wedding Awards:

2-tier qualification: Winning requires reaching a minimum review count AND maintaining a high average rating score between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
- Please note that the wedding does not need to have occurred in 2026. As long as the review is submitted on our platform within the 2026 calendar year, it counts toward the 2026 award nomination.

You can ask for reviews from your couples directly from your vendor portal by sending them a message. Alternatively, you will also find the option to copy and paste a personalized link that you can send to your couples through other digital channels such as WhatsApp. Both techniques can be combined to make sure your couples receive your request.

Once you meet our minimum review count requirement, we recommend that you focus on collecting as many 5-star reviews as possible to boost your average rating! As a reminder, the wedding doesn’t need to occur in 2026 as long as the review is submitted during the eligibility time frame. No, you cannot merge reviews between your Storefronts on our websites. Unique content is critical to every storefront.

Throughout the year, our Marketing and Editorial teams will choose vendors from the pool of Premium winners to be featured in social posts, editorial articles and potential PR features. Winners also get additional visibility of their storefront through filters in the marketplace directory section and on the homepage.
How do couples find the winners?
Couples can find the Wedding Awards landing page with all the winners per category at the bottom of each country’s website, by clicking on the banners, or through the homepage carousel. They can also find them through the winners’ hub and marketplace by applying the Wedding Awards filter.
Where can I download my Wedding Awards certificate and winner badge?
If you've won a Wedding Award, you can access your award materials, including certificates and winner badges from previous editions, through your vendor portal.
- Log in to your vendor portal.
- Go to Reviews.
- Select Wedding Awards.
- Use the year selector in the top-right corner to choose the edition you want to access (including previous years).
- Download your certificate by selecting Download PDF certificate. You can also download the winner image for social media and the press release, where available.
- To add the award badge to your website, select Get badge code and follow the instructions provided.
